Who We Are
Based in the United States and Europe, Global Justice Advisors ('GJA') provides litigation support and advisory services in the fields of human rights, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, business and human rights law, environmental law and international trade law.
We employ bespoke strategies incorporating the use of courtrooms, parliaments, government ministries, international organisations, the diplomatic corps, media, as well as the politics and geopolitics of a particular situation. This unique strategic approach provides experienced solutions for each client in domestic, regional and international situations.
GJA is led by Scott Martin, a Washington DC-licenced attorney based in Europe. Scott has more than 24 years of experience in a range of countries thoughout the world, including work in the United States; Central, Eastern and Western Europe; the Russian Federation; Central Asia; East Asia; South Asia; Southeast Asia; the Pacific Islands; the Caribbean; and Eastern, Western, Central and Southern Africa.
In 2013, Scott co-founded Global Rights Compliance, a UK LLP based in The Hague, Netherlands. In early 2022, he left his role as Co-Founder and Managing Partner to launch GJA.

Armed Conflict Advisory Centre
Promoting compliance with fair trial rights, access to justice, criminal justice reform, representation of political prisoners and others illegally detained, assistance to torture victims, enforced disappearances, countering anti-discriminatory practices, protecting the rights of vulnerable populations, right to land (land grabbing) and promoting anti-corrupt practices.
Global Environmental Investigations
Formerly Global Wildlife Investigations, GJA provides practical advice to governmental officials on legal, regulatory and policy reform, as well as advisory services on the investigation, prosecution and adjudication of environmental crimes. Further, it provides advice to companies on legal compliance matters and non-governmental organisations on related capacity building.
